Membership Walking Federation of SA believes all walkers are entitled to be part of the Federation, whether or not they are regular walkers or choose to be members of a walking club. We have created two main forms of membership, direct individual and club. If you are a member of an affiliated club, you are already a member of the Federation, and can participate in most Federation activities such as the National Bushwalking Insurance Scheme. Your club receives some copies of our newsletter and various walking materials. Speak to your club's federation delegate for further information. In order to keep membership fees low, we cannot post newsletters and other materials to you. If you are not in a club, or want to receive updates of our publications mailed directly to you then please consider becoming a Direct Individual Member of Walking SA. Individual membership is designed to suit both the occasional and regular walker. Many club members take out individual membership for the added convenience of having the latest information always at hand. It is also a way of supporting our work. If you own or are part of an organization that sells gear, guided trips and the like, you might prefer to be a Commercial Member. Contact the Federation office for details.
