Promote your business, organisation or walking club at the Hiking Expo in Belair National Park.

Our 2023 Hiking Expo will be on Sunday 2nd April 2023, from 9am to 1pm, in Belair National Park.

Please fill in your details below to register your interest in exhibiting.

Expo from 9:30am to 1pm for the public and walk participants (free entry for all).
Access to the site for stallholders is from 7:30am.
There will be guided walks showcasing hiking and the Park.

Discounts are provided to Walking SA members.

Your business and organisation will be promoted as a Expo stallholder. Please upload your preferred logo, which will be displayed as a square image.
Acknowledgement
Marquee/Table*
- We acknowledge we need to supply and erect our own marquee and table. Walking SA is not able to provide these items.
Marquee weights*
- The site is irrigated, and pegs may NOT be driven into the ground. We acknowledge that we are required to secure our marquee with weights only. We acknowledge that if we damage irrigation we will be liable for repair costs. We acknowledge that we will secure all banners, tables and paper.
A water tap is available for filling water container weights.
Service availability*
- We acknowledge that we understand that this is an outdoor expo, and that there is no power or wifi available at the expo site.
Internet and phone coverage is available via normal mobile reception (coverage is good at the expo site.)
Covid Safe Measures*
- We acknowledge that we will need to follow government Covid measures and restrictions in place at the time of the event. We acknowledge that we will follow the measures dictated in Walking SA's event COVID-Safe Plan, and follow the directions of Walking SA, Covid Marshals and national park staff.
Public Liability Insurance*
- We acknowledge that we have Public Liability Insurance.
Most of our Member Walking Clubs have Public Liability Insurance provided as part of their Walking SA insurance package.
