We have been busy gathering our thoughts to reflect how the State can be more walkable and make living locally a priority for the State and a mandate for developers.

Our population is also changing. Household composition is changing. What people need or want from their housing is changing. This means we need to offer more housing choices. The Greater Adelaide Regional Plan (the GARP) Discussion Paper explores the how and where to accommodate more people and future population growth, and jobs associated with that growth.
