1. Returns and Refund Policy for Events

When registering to participate in an event, you would have been shown and agreed to a Disclaimer or Acknowledgement of Risks.

You may withdraw from the event at any time. Refunds will be considered for cancellations made at least 7 days prior to the event, and by contacting us to arrange a refund.

We may be unable to refund any Processing fees we incurred to process your original transaction.

2. Returns and Refund Policy for Goods

We abide by the Australian Consumer Law, a national law introduced on 1 January 2011 covering all Australian shoppers, regardless of state or territory. By knowing your rights you can make informed choices and demand quality products and services.

3. Delivery Timeframes for Products

Goods can be delivered throughout Australia and internationally. We use Australia Post to deliver packages. Read more about delivery costs and timeframes.

We take steps to encrypt information transmitted between our website servers and your browser.
