Wynn Vale to Valley View Walking Path

About the Walking Trail

A 6.3km shared-use path for walkers, runners and cyclists.

Completed in June 2014, the 2.5 metre wide pathway meanders along the beautiful Dry Creek corridor from Wynn Vale Dam through to Vaucluse Reserve in Valley View.

With four playgrounds and plenty of seating along the route, you can even choose to take a well-earned break. A playground at Valley View Reserve, completed in 2014, has barbecue, picnic facilities, flying fox and table tennis.

Discover more about the wildlife on this blog entry from Naturally South Australia.

Trail Connects with Dry Creek River Trails

At Valley View this trail connects with the Dry Creek River Trails, which extends past Yatala Prison, Pooraka, through Mawson Lakes and ends near Barker Inlet. The end of the trail on Grand Junction Road is 370m east of the start of theĀ Dry Creek River Trails just beyond the Valley View shops. The end of the Dry Creek River Trails connects with the Little Para River Trail, which extends north east through Salisbury.
