Walk for positive mental health and a deeper connection to nature. Wise Women Walking Club encourages and promotes all forms of walking to improve mental, physical, and emotional health. All walks encourage you to embrace nature, laugh and enjoy the company of like-minded women, whilst exploring Adelaide’s bushland and urban trails. For your peace of mind, walk leaders are qualified and are certified in remote Area First-Aid. Beginners, experienced and non-members welcome.
